Cancellation Policy

At Xpress Serenity, we value your time and ours. Because we reserve each appointment specifically for you, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

24-Hour Notice Required

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Late Cancellation

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Show Policy

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.

Emergencies

We understand that unexpected situations happen. Emergency cancellations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
